About Habitly

Habitly is an emotional intelligence training solution for individuals and businesses. Founded by a longtime business coach and consultant, it is designed to change the way you think and behave in order to produce long-lasting, positive change. We want to transform your lackluster, dysfunctional team into a healthy, thriving, enormously successful group of superstars.

How long are the episodes?

Episodes are 5 minutes or less. A very short exam takes another minute to complete.

How long does it take to complete a course?

Courses are in-depth teaching on one area of soft skills, habits, and behaviors. They include multiple lessons, each with their own video, text, resources (optional), and exam. The average time to complete a course is 1 hour.

How does the onboarding process work? How long until we can start using the training?

You can start watching episodes and courses as soon as you sign up. Onboarding is simple, add new users and they receive a welcome email asking them to create an account and check out the content.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit or educational institutions?

Do you offer multi-year discounts?

Right now we only offer a monthly subscription. Click here if you are interested in a multi-year discount.

How often do you release new content?

One new episode is released every month. One or more full courses are released as they become available.

How are points and a leaderboard used to incentivize subscribers?

Each subscriber/user receives points for completing an episode, or a lesson, or a course. Each company has their own leaderboard, so employees and managers can see who has completed the most training and sits at the top of the charts. This creates a little friendly competition and encourages engagement.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Habitly is a monthly subscription, and subscribers can cancel anytime within the first 30 days of their subscription for a full refund.

Do you offer role-based training?

Yes, episodes and certain course content focus on one specific set of behaviors. Subscribers know what inspired the episode, which roles the episode applies to, and which habits and behaviors are most important.

Is your content interactive?

Yes, there is a short exam at the end of each episode. Each lesson also contains a short exam.

Is there a setup or implementation fee?

There are no setup, implementation, or support fees.

Do you produce custom content?

Each episode is inspired by unique, real-life events or commonly observed occurrences. Episodes are often inspired by stories or requests from subscribers. However, that is the extent of customization at this point.

Do subscribers get access to all episodes and all courses?

Yes. Habitly subscribers get access to all episodes and courses immediately upon signup. Subscribers also receive access to future episodes and courses immediately upon their release.

Do you offer a fully managed service?

Yes. Habitly is a fully managed service in that we host all the content and users on our cloud-based learning management system (LMS). Onboarding with our LMS is quick and easy, and reports keep you updated on user activity.

How does your content differ from others?

Habitly episodes and courses are based on years of research and hands-on coaching and consulting experience. Our episodes are animated, rather than live-action. Finally, short stories have been proven as a very effective way to educate viewers and create awareness of best practices.

What is a LMS?

An online learning management system (LMS) is an application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of educational courses and training programs.

Can I host Habitly content on my own LMS?

We are aware of clients’ desire to host Habitly episodes and courses on their own systems. This is not available yet. Click here to be notified when it will be available.

How much does it cost?

Individuals can sign up for just $5/month, and companies pay only $2/month per person.

Is your content Micro Learning Compliant?

Yes. Habitly episodes are around 4-5 minutes in length, which makes them micro learning compliant.

What other training do you offer?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Do my users need to log in to the platform to view the content?

Yes, users will receive a link to the episode when it is released. They can click the link to log in and view the episode.

Does your platform have end-user reporting?

Yes, company administrators can access reports on all activity within their group.

Can I export reports?

Yes, reports available for exporting to Excel in .CSV format.

Do you offer your content in other languages?

At this time we only offer content in English.

What are your hours of operation?

What other services and programs do you offer?

We are currently focusing on producing episodes, courses, and related content. If you are interested in additional services, we would be happy to provide a referral.
